What it does
- Customers and suppliers — one running balance each, so you always know who owes whom.
- Entries in two taps — amount first, with a calculator built into the keypad, a note and the time of day.
- Statement PDF — every entry with its note and running balance, shared over WhatsApp in a tap.
- Payment reminders — a polite WhatsApp message with a UPI link, so the customer pays you directly.
- Backup and restore — one file you own, saved wherever you choose. A lost phone doesn't mean a lost ledger.
- App lock — a PIN or your fingerprint, for a phone the whole shop touches.
Where your data lives
On your phone. Nowhere else. Bakiyo has no account and no server. Your customers' names, numbers and amounts never leave the device unless you share a statement or a backup file yourself.
